CANCELLATION POLICY
-All appointments require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. -NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service. -IF a card is on file and it declines you MUST PAY UPFRONT before booking ALL future services -You have a 10 min grace period PLEASE BE ON TIME ! If you are more than 10 mins late you will be rescheduled and charged as a cancellation. By booking with Goals&Glows, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
